Fundraisers

The Prince Hall Free & Accepted Mason and the Order of the Eastern Star Charitable Educational Foundation periodically raise funds in support of maintaining and/or renovating the Masonic Temple to improve and expand the charitable activities that take place in the building. We currently have two fundraisers ongoing.

Restoration4U Campaign

The Prince Hall Free & Accepted Mason and the Order of the Eastern Star Charitable Educational Foundation is excited to celebrate 101 years of acts of charity in the Masonic Temple located at 1000 U Street, N.W., and is inviting you to join in to support our Restoration4UCampaign. As we continue to increase our charitable activities, it subjects our building to “wear & tear.” Our building is over 100 years old and consistently require repairs and maintenance.

We rely on the support of generous individuals and business donors to assist in the ongoing repairs and maintenance for the building. The Restoration4UCampaign is part of our efforts to make sure we can continue providing a space for our membership to plan and conduct charitable activities. Any donation is appreciated and we look forward to your unwavering support.

Brick Wall Restoration Fundraiser

Help us restore the Prince Hall Center for the Performing Arts!

 

Here’s an opportunity to add your name or your organization’s name as a permanent part of our Historic Masonic Temple. The Prince Hall Free & Accepted Mason and the Order of the Eastern Star Charitable Educational Foundation (PHFAMOESCEF) is sponsoring a once in a lifetime opportunity to contribute to a “Brick Wall” that will remain a part of the building history. It will highlight all the donors who supported the effort of renovating the Prince Hall Center for the Performing Arts to allow the PHFAMOESCEF to improve the services we can provide to other organizations who conduct charitable activities in the Center.

All proceeds will be used to renovate the Center and assist us in “Bringing the Past to the Present!”
